studio Policies

Arrivals

First time clients: Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time to give yourself enough time to complete a short intake form and enjoy complimentary refreshments.

If you arrive late, your therapist may need to shorten your service in order to stay on time for his or her next guest. We always try to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late, the length of your service may be adjusted to honor the appointments of other guests, and you will be charged the full price of your scheduled services.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Life happens. We get it.  We respectfully ask that cancellations or changes to your reservation are made at least 24-hours before your appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% service charge and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Notification/Reminder E-mails

If you choose to opt out of receiving Notification/Reminder E-mails, you will NOT receive an email confirmation for your booked appointment after making your appointment online. If you are unsure whether the appointment was booked give us a call. We recommend opting in for Notification/Reminder E-mails. You will not receive promo emails just reminders pertaining to booked appointments. Thank you!

Refunds

Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds, only store credit. Please keep in mind if you are unsure that you will be able to keep your appointment or if you are from out of town. If you cancel your appointment you will receive store credit to apply to a future appointment.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not include in the service price. If you would like to leave your therapist gratuity we have envelopes available for cash tips. If you do not have cash at the time of your appointment, you may add it on the credit card at the time of checking out.

Shower Amenities

We have two showers available if you would like to use the shower facilities before your massage, you will need to arrive before your scheduled appointment. If you would like to shower and do not arrive early then you will be able to shower but it will cut into your scheduled appointment time. If you would like to shower after your appointment please notify your therapist. *We have a 10 minute shower limit.

Gift Cards

You may purchase a gift certificate for specific services through our online gift certificate tab. There are no cash refunds on gift certificates. Gift certificates do not expire.
